Sherri is Judy's youngest daughter and so this is Judy's last highschool grad. Special day for them both but maybe a little sad for Judy, because her youngest is leaving home. I love this picture of them together because it makes me think of all the little everyday mom things that Judy has done for her daughter over the years to help get her to this day. I can only think that it must be a really rewarding feeling to see your daugher or son on the verge of adulthood.

The Kulrich Family 2007
I was honored to be asked by two of my co-workers at the Royal Bank to take some pictures of their daughters and families for Grad this year. The day started out rainy and windy but thankfully smartened up in time for pictures.
This was one of my favorite pictures of the whole day. I really enjoyed photographing Cynthia's family. They were a lot of fun!!!

I love this couple!!!! They were married on one of the nastiest days in September. Even though Mother Nature was not kind to them they never missed a beat. They had such an easygoing and positive attitude towards the situation. They clearly can put things into perspective. They chose to focus on what was really important that day; their love for each other and for their family and friends, not the weather.

Schmidt Family Christmas Greeting
This is my best friend Jasmine and her family; husband Chris and children Davis and Jenna. I took this picture for Jasmine a couple of weeks before Christmas in the hopes she would be able to send a picture of her family with her Christmas cards. One of my favorite things to do around Christmas time is to go & get the mail. I LOVE getting Christmas cards with updated family pictures!!!! It's such a happy feeling for me to see pictures of my faraway cousins and their growing families and catch up on all their news. It's a small way also to bring a little Christmas tradition into our home. My girls are now old enough for me to explain who is who and how we are all related and much to my surprise, they are really excited to see the pictures and especially hear some stories.
